Petrof 124 Professional Upright Piano A superb quality upright piano made in 1982 in Czech Republic by the renowned Petrof company. Fully checked and serviced inside and out, this is a stunning looking and sounding piano – great for beginners up to professional pianists. Due to the quality of craftsmanship and advanced design features (e.g. the agrafes for each note, usually found only on grand pianos) Petrofs are very highly regarded for their tonal quality and rightly so. Tone and tuning
It has a big and rich tone with great balance between brightness and warmth, and a big dynamic range. The tone can be made more mellow at buyers request. Excellent full bass and the treble is clear and bell like without any harshness. It will be tuned to concert pitch (A=440) prior to delivery.
Keyboard and action
The full 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has just been regulated so plays smoothly across the whole keyboard.
Hammers and strings
Not much wear at all in the hammers – it has certainly not been played heavily but has been regularly tuned and maintained through the years.

Excellent condition, no cracks or splits
Case
Stunning Walnut veneer case with a beautiful repeating grain design on the front panel. In very good condition – some very faint scratches and small dents here and there but still looks fantastic. Double duet piano stool with storage included.
Dimensions – 124cm tall x 57 deep x 144 wide (widest point at top lid). A full size upright.
