1. Payment in full before delivery
2. Money transfer shall be by BACS in GBP sterling without deduction for costs.
3. The piano remains the property of Hurstwood Farm Piano Studios until completion of the contract to supply as defined in this invoice.
4. Hurstwood Farm Piano Studios is responsible for maintaining insurance cover on the piano until ownership is transferred.
5. 2.5% interest is charged monthly on overdue monies after 30 days.
6. Any damage or suspected damage occurring during transport must be notified immediately to us. Please take photographic record immediately damage is discovered or suspected, and obtain transporters signed acknowledgement..
