‘SCHUBERT LONDON”Baby Grand’Mother-in-law’s piano, which she learned to play as a child, followed by my wife. She’s 99. The mother-in-law, not the wife! Loads of memories playing this piano.
Ideal for a student learning or for someone wanting a lovely vintage piece in their home. As you can see, this piece means something to us so please only buy if you will look after and love it as much as it has been for the last 100 years or so.
Schubert London pianos were sold in1932 and the makers continued to use the name up to 1937 so we know it is pre-1937.
It hasa full set of keys and for its age, is in very good condition. It will need tuning as it hasn’t been played for a while. We think the wood is mahogany but don’t know for sure.Any more information required please get in touch.
