pipe organ oak music desk with piston selection panel. Condition is Used.
This assembly comes from the top of a detached console built (I think) by Bowens of Northampton c.1960
It is scruffy but everything will clean up, I have merely dusted it prior to taking the photos.
The specification allows for 31 stops/couplers and six pistons, three on each department, including the necessary relays and wiring which is intact. there is an oak prop which supports the desk so that piston settings can be readily changed. there are two music clips, two others are missing though I could probably find similar replacements for a successful bidder.
Size:
38.5″ long, 14″ tall and 11.5″ deep. That length measurement includes a little for the nylon runners which may well not be used again.
I would rather have this collected, but it could be packaged up and sent via courier provided that the buyer is prepared to reimburse me at cost.
