This is an excellent piano to learn on and has been in the family for 20 plus years. My daughter learned on it upto grade 8. It was tuned a couple of years ago and was reported to be in very good condition. Not used much in last few years. It had been refurbished before we got it and the piano tuner thought the movement was unusually colourful and may have been intended to be on display when being played.
In its past it was topicalised which means the case and keys were screwed and pined for extra strength to resist the higher moisture content and heat.
Case in good condition considering its age.
