This is a curious rank of Pedal Flute stopped wooden pipes from 8′ CC. Curious because their feet in particular suggest that the rank was either amateur made, or very old, or both. There is one cap missing, which is not uncommon and easily dealt with. As to provenance, one or two pipes have ‘OLL’ chalked on them, which would suggest ‘Ollerton.’ Beyond that, the trail goes cold. Excuse the graininess of the pictures, taken in bad light.
