There is a surcharge when using Parcelforce to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands. These surcharges are non-negotiable, as we pass on the exact delivery cost to our customers. These surcharges are charged per box; so if you order multiple items requiring multiple boxes, the surcharge applies for each box.We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for UK deliveries and GLS for European deliveries.
