This item comes with the instrument and power adapter. The music stand and Owner’s Manual is missing. However, a copy of the owner’s manual can be downloaded from the following link https://www.manualslib.com/manual/569805/Roland-E-28.html. This manual is in more than one language and is over 100 pages long.
