This is a Schimmel 112 upright piano, made in Western Germany using top quality parts including a Renner action as used by Steinway pianos.
The piano plays beautifully and has recently been tuned to concert pitch. Made in 1987, inside it looks like new with virtually no wear to the hammers.
The price of a new German made Schimmel starts at around 10,000.
