This is an exact replacement for the Leslie 10-4010 slow speed neoprene rubber tyre found on nearly all older 2 speed Leslies.
After years of use the outer edge of the tyre gets worn and develops a flat on the outer surface or sometimes a vertical grove if the motor spins but cannot drive the pulley.
