This is a Stienway Overstrung and under damped Piano – Including Local Delivery It came from a big old family home where it had resided for years being lightly used.The case is of a Black Lacquered finishThis piano is in basically very good original condition but has been subject to a complete mid life reconditioning process recently.
The Key covers are made of the original ‘bone’ substance all the best pianos were used.
It has a full iron frame. It is Overstrung and Underdamped with a full keyboard of 7 Octaves.
The casework is in clean original condition and bears a few marks as you would expect of a piano of this age
It has just been serviced, regulated and voiced and tuned to concert Pitch (A440) and suitable for a beginner or extremely good pianist alike.
It has a great sound, full tone on all the strings and a positive firm touch.
