My Great Grandmother bought this new in 1912 in Nottingham. The original receipt can be included in the sale. It has unfortunately spent a considerable amount of time on a wall with a radiator the other side in it’s last home which has caused damage. Quite out of tune but playable. Comes with candlesticks in need of cleaning. Brackets for them on piano – one complete, one partially damaged (see photos). No pins to secure candlesticks into brackets. Wooden “crests” included to use on casing instead of candlestick brackets if preferred. Mother of pearl inlay. Rosewood case.Includes green velvet upholstered stool in very good condition.Original key which turns and lock appears but doesn’t engage when lid is down. Original cloth keyboard cover Would love to sell to someone who could restore it for either own use or to sell on..
I had it moved to my house by professional piano removers a couple of years ago. Tight corner at front door. Reason for sale – soon to be moving house.
