Lovely, older-style upright, iron-framed, seven octave piano. The make is Max Bauer and it has the more desirable features of being overstrung and underdamped.
As this is an older and well-loved piano, it has the usual cosmetic scuffs that you’d expect.
The casing is a dark brown wood. I don’t know what wood it is, but it’s a nice-looking piece of furniture.
The piano is currently needing a tune as our daughters have left home and it is not being used, but it does have a really good tone once tuned.
Only selling as we now need the space and there’s nobody here who can tinkle the ivories.
