In fair condition for its age, probably 60s or 70s. Some rust on the laches and leg sockets. Still makes a wonderful sad Tom Waits kind of sound like a piano accordion. There is fan noise but I think tey are all like that. There’s no volume control and its quite loud, my dog hates it.
