This is a 25-key Michelsonne toy piano, made in Paris France. It is earlier than the 1970s (when they moved production to Italy), but otherwise hard to date.
These pianos were made for children but are actually fantastic instruments and that’s why people like Yann Tiersen and Pascal Comelade have played them in the past.
This specific piano plays well but the high A note does not play as the metal rod is missing. The tuning is not too bad, but it would certainly benefit from being tuned (there are several French techs that service these pianos, as they are very well built and worth repairing).
