It is in perfect working order and has been looked after immaculately
The organ is situated on the ground floor with a small step outside the front door
Collection only or you are welcome to arrange a courier if you wish
Due to size and weight it will require more than one person to lift the piece
One smoker in the household but they do not use the room where the organ is kept
