Viscount Piano 7 electric piano. Analog instrument that has sounds like a piano, electric piano, clav and harpsichord.
Fully working. Is housed in original live in flightcase so the bottom of the instrument is also the case, and the lid lifts off when you want to play. One of the side catches has come off with use, but the 2 sturdy front catches and the 2 rear hinges are fully working. Weighs a ton, flightcase is very useful. heres a chip on the side as pictured as well as natural wear and tear. Has beautiful period wood veneer on the sides.
Has 2 built in speakers and amp for home use and an output jack for plugging into and amp or PA for gigs or recording. One of the speaker grills has been damaged, the speaker is fine though. Also has a separate phones out with independent volume.
Has input jack for sustain pedal (not included), works with any non latching or latching pedal. All ins/outs are 1/4 jack
Has an aux input jack but Ive never used this feature so dont know what it does!
As its analog, theres a sharp/flat master tuning knob so you can adjust accordingly to the band or a tuner pedal.
Theres an Effects section thats like a chorus-tremolo sound, with slider controls for depth (mix) and speed.
Is powered from rear IEC (kettle lead) lead (not included)
Is a really fun and funky, good looking set of keys. Think of them as something like a poor mans rhodes – but has its own character and the interesting selection of sounds onboard – grand piano, Piano, honky tonk, clavichord, spinet. It doesnt sound anything like an actual real piano, but the sound is 70s and definitely useable.
Collection only from Hastings as its unbelievably heavy.
