Hello and welcome to my listing
So to be fair i dont know much about pianos however i do know welmar and i know that they are a good brand and people still want them.
This needs a complete overhaul. It needs sanding and re painting and re tuning! However to be fair its only been moved twice so its not catastrophically out of tune but it does need doing.
I dont actually know if its a regency 45 however i found another one on ebay identical to this corner to corner so im pretty sure its that.
Any way its fully intact no cracks or gouging or anything it literally its just discoloured. And there is a bit of water damage as shown in one of the photos but other than that its all there.
comes from a smoke and pet free home. And was purchased in the 80s brand new from its one and only owner. There is mega money to be made here considering that some of these are fetching 500-1,000 or a beautiful addition to your home if you are willing to pay for a restoration.
