Very decent upright piano from the well known British makers. Serial 65658 dates it to mid 1960s.

So a good compact size. Piano is still at concert pitch A = 440Hz so has been kept in tune. Would make a good piano to learn on to intermediate level and beyond even. I know a local mover who can deliver in the local area very cheaply for maybe as little 80 to ground floor.
