Wersi Helios W2T & matching T4000 speakers, c1980.
Believed to be factory-built and is complete with matching Wersi height-adjustable stool, the top of which has been professionally re-padded and re-trimmed and is much better looking and more comfortable.
Some things to be aware of:
Cosmetically, whilst it is all in excellent condition, please be aware it’s all 40-odd years old and there is some wear in places.
Some years ago, the Wersi amp was replaced by a Wurlitzer amp. Everything works as normal and has given no trouble.
It should be an easy exchange if you felt you’d like to refit a Wersi amp, if you have a good one.
Recently, after a period of non-use, The A flat and B flat of the bass pedals are not sounding quite right – they make contact and are audible but sound ‘dirty’ although oddly, on release, the’aftersound’ sounds normal. All other bass pedals sound and play normally. Possibly a bad / dirty contact or similar.
The organ is in the ‘on’ position permanantly. The only way to turn it off is at the mains. I was told that if it is turned off on the organ, it blows a fuse. I don’t know which fuse or where, I’ve never ventured to discover!
Even though it is complete, sounds and plays, I’ve listed it as ‘for parts or not working’. I’d think it would be a fairly easy fix for a Wersi-tech to make it live properly once again. I’ve been playing it in these last few days and with the exception of the two bass pedals, it all seems to work as it always did. There are no lights out and there is almost no wear to lettering, switches, drawbars, tabs, etc.
The organ comes from a pet and smoke-free home.

Unfortunately, I cannot assist much with dismantling (although I know how it does) or loading but will help where I possibly can.
