Payment Information Please ensure to contact us before processing your payment in order to confirm availability because all items online are also for sale in our stores.
We require payment within 7 days of the end of bidding for auction items and an immediate payment for the items offered at a fixed price. If any item is not paid under these conditions, the order will be cancelled and the item will be put back for sale.
Preferred payment is Paypal but accept Cash / Card ( debit Card over phone). Payment CAN include delivery.
Paid for items can be stored for 3 days maximum. If an item is not collected or if the delivery is not organised within this period, the order will be cancelled and the item will be put back for sale.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of purchase in the form of a PayPal receipt when collecting the item. This will be automatically sent to you by e-mail once the payment has been paid.

Please Note We Offer a limited delivery service – normally within a 25 min drive from the nearest shops, prices start from 7.

Returns Policy
We offer a 30 days returns policy. This is inline with eBay’s 30 days return policy and your statutory consumers rights. In line with this please bare in mind:
Before returning any item please contact us and wait for a response. This will be the quickest way to resolve the situation satisfactory. During working days you will receive a response within the same day.
If when your item arrives and it is damaged or not as described or not working fully – if the fault has not been described in the listing – then we would expect you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You need take no other action at this time. If you do not contact us within this time scale you may not receive a full refund.
Refunds will only be issued after we receive the item unless otherwise arranged.
