No transformer, left behind by my son who is off to Uni.I have tested it with batteries, everything works.Has a slight rattle inside maybe something has dropped in to it, case of open it up and take out.Fully intact nothing broken but wanted to mention it to make sure nobody contacts me afterwards and asks for a 50percent discount because there is a rattle.
