The workings of the piano have been serviced/tuned frequently since it was new in 1991, and the workings of the piano are in immaculate condition and sound beautiful. I have had this piano since 1995. There are a couple of marks (shown on photos) that were made a number of years ago when the piano was moved, these marks are superficial and would be easily repaired, very reasonably. There are also superficial scratches in keeping with a piano of its age, as you can see from the photos.
