A lovely piano that needs a good home. It is in excellent condition and holds its tuning well.
Has a sustain, una corda and silencing pedal. Key for locking the piano lid is included. Selling with a matching adjustable height stool.
The cabinet is in excellent condition, there are a few marks on the lacquer but they are small and only visible at close scrutiny and almost impossible to photograph.
Sadly, our house is too small for a piano and although I love to play it, it is in a dark and dingy corner.
This Yamaha U3 was made in Japan in 1982. It was purchased from The Music Box in Manchester in 2004
It is 131cm tall and houses very long bass strings. A taller piano is also able to house a larger soundboard which is good for producing good tone quality.
