Yamaha PSS-170 Soundbank Keyboard Circuit bend Project . This works but has a note sounding quietly in the background, it probably just needs a service /clean. The battery cover is missing but it runs on a 9 volt psu. Check out what people have done with them online, there are lots of circuit bent models out there.
