We usually use Royal Mail for smaller parcels (under 2 KG) and a courier for larger ones.
We are more than happy to change postage to an expedited service should you need it please message us for any requests.
International items:
We often use the eBay Global Shipping program (GSP. If you would like an item to be posted to you and you are not based in the UK, and don’t want to use the GSP please message us with your address and if you would prefer a method of shipping and we can assist in posting the items to you. We only use tracked postage outside the UK Please note that some countries have restrictions and extra taxes and fees that we cannot be responsible for. Please check with us for postage rates to locations not usually covered by normal postal services.
Combined Postage:
We will combine postage where more than one item is purchased- please message us before paying so that we can re-invoice you.
Packaging:
Items will be carefully wrapped and packed for shipping. We also try to recycle packaging as much as possible.
Office Hours:
Please note: Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 til 5 only Items will be dispatched during these times – last post is at 3PM
Collection only items – The collection address is listed in the item description and we are open during office hours only Please arrange collection prior to arrival.
We will en-devour to respond to any messages throughout the week but this may not always be possible at the weekends.
