Up for auction is my Yamaha PSR S900 Arranger / workstation keyboard. This is one of four keyboards I have been using in my home studio, and it is in excellent condition. I am only selling it as I have recently upgraded to a Korg Kronos. This is a very high quality, but easy to use keyboard, featuring many Yamaha voices from their more high-end products. Includes many excellent voices for piano, electric piano, strings, guitar, bass, saxophones, flutes, woodwind, brass, trumpets, organs, accordions, harmonica, choirs, pads, synthesisers, sound FX, percussion and drum kits. The flute function allows you to change the length of the virtual organ pipes to create a greater range of organ voices. Other features include a vocal harmony mode, which will provide backing vocals when you sing into a microphone, USB connectivity, USB audio recording, Yamahas Megavoice technology which provides very realistic accompaniment and performance style to back up your performance, and up to 16 track audio recording for later playback. The large colour LCD screen makes navigating the menus really easy, and the pitch and modulation wheels can be used to manipulate the voices further during performance or recording. The instrument includes built-in high-quality amplifier and speakers, together with standard jack socket outputs for left and right channels to feed the sound into an external recording interface or mixer. Also included on the rear panels are MIDI IN & OUT connectors, auxillary inputs, USB device and host connectors, Two assignable foot pedal connectors and microphone input. Overall this is an excellent high-quality keyboard, which is easy to use and gives great recording quality for home studio use. It comes complete with original power adaptor, x-stand, printed manual, and nylon dust cover to protect the key bed and fascia when not in use.
