This Yamaha U1 piano was bought for one child and has seen him through his grades and beyond. It has three pedals, the usual damper (loud) and una cords (soft) pedals, plus a middle pedal for late next night playing.
It is in excellent condition and has been kept in a cool room with only the radiator at the other end of the room in use. It is an elegant black shiny piano, big enough to make a good sound, but it wont loom over a room used for other purposes.

It is much younger than the majority of Yamaha uprights for sale and therefore does not need any work beyond tunings after moving.
There is one for sale for 4500 with a dealer from the same year which comes up if you Google Yamaha U1 1998 UK, Buyer to payer for removal, but we shall contribute 100 as its on the first floor of our home.
