Yamaha U2 upright piano made in Japan in excellent condition.
Piano was fully refurbished by a reputable shop which included – new bass strings, new treble strings, new tuning pins, hammers refaced, key bushings replaced, action regulated, new felts, new action tapes, case revived. A very thorough refurbishment.
The piano has been hardly played since it was refurbished, and the hammers show very little sign of use. The tone is rich and even throughout and the bass is excellent (unlike many more cheaply refurbished Yamaha pianos with dull bass due to the strings not being replaced)
Suitable for all levels of player from beginner to professional. Will give many decades of trouble free playing
Rare U2 model, larger than a U1 but smaller than a U3. Very little difference in sound or feel except the U2 is cheaper!
High gloss black case is in good condition with just a few small marks
