Nice tall piano so has decent bass (longer strings than the U1)
Has middle pedal which locks down, brings down a curtain between hammers and strings to make piano very quiet , for practicing.
Piano extremely tolerant of less than perfect temp / humidity, unlike older pianos.
Good condition. Only selling to put funds towards a grand piano.
Easy access for collection. Can get a van up to room where piano is.
